Recuperatore di Graniglia Magnetico

Questo impianto è stato costruito per effettuare il recupero totale della graniglia metallica prima che venga mandata all'impianto di depurazione e filtraggio ed evita quindi l'usura della pompa, delle tele e delle valvole di scarico.Di conseguenza, eliminando tutta la graniglia metallica spurgata dai recuperatori già esistenti nelle segherie, ma presente nel fango, trattato dalla filtropressa, si riduce anche il costo di smaltimento della marmettola.La durata delle tele e della pompa della filtropressa è raddoppiata.inoltre il ferro recuperato può essere rimesso nel ciclo produttivo oppure venduto assieme alle lame consumate recuperando così una parte delle spese per la manutenzione dell'impianto di depurazione e filtrazione della vostra segheria.

The function of this plant is the total recuperation of the cast steel shot before it is sent to the cleaning and filtering system so to avoid the wear of the pump, the clothes and the escape valves. As a result of this all the cast steel shot, which is contained in the mud and then treated by the plate filter press, is eliminated after being bled by the recuperators existing in the saw mill. This reduces the cost of the waste disposal, since the clothes and the pump of the plate filter press last twice as long. Additionally, the recuperated iron can be recycled or sold with the worn blades, this recovering a part of the expense due to the maintenance of the cleaning and filtering system of your saw mill.
